Cognitive Hypnotherapy

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern, science-based therapeutic approach that is significantly different from other forms of traditional hypnotherapy. Within my approach, I integrate techniques and interventions from a range of approaches, including NLP, Mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and other cutting edge tools and techniques.

I use cognitive hypnosis in a way that speaks directly to your unconscious mind to assist you in breaking unwanted habits and overcoming personal problems, tailoring each session to your needs and personality.

Cogntive Hypnotherapy may help with panic attacks, anxiety, fears and phobias (such as flying or public speaking), healing and pain control, boosting confidence, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), motivation and goal setting, and much more.

Contact me today to see how I can help you. I offer a free 30 minute, confidential and no-obligation consulation via telephone or Skype if you would like to speak before booking a session.

Also check out the links and resources page for a free MP3 and other useful items and my blog for updates on all of my therapies.

NEWS: I've written a book. It is called "You Can Choose To Be Joyful: Strategies for creating more joy in your life - backed by science" and can be purchased on Amazon UK and Amazon US
